This grant is offered by The Sustainable Arts Foundation, which was founded in 2010 with the aim of encouraging parents to continue pursuing their creative passion, and to rekindle it in those who may have let it slide.
This grants is for twenty writers who have demonstrated excellence in their disciplines. The awards are offered as unrestricted cash, and recipients can use the funds as they see fit.
To be eligible to apply for a grant you must have at least one child under the age of 18. Applicants can be based anywhere in the world and there are no citizenship restrictions.
Writers may apply in one of the following categories:
• Creative Nonfiction
• Early and Middle Grade Fiction
• Fiction
• Graphic Novel
• Long Form Journalism
• Picture Books
• Playwriting
• Poetry
• Young Adult Fiction

This is sort of old naw…I checked online for 2019, and it was written that applications for 2019 started early February and ended late February 2019 and winners were to be announced in may 2019. Please can this article be updated anytime it starts. I know I have missed it for this year sha 2019!
