Job Information
Do you like helping people solve problems? Are you good at communicating with people both on the phone and via written communication? Then you’re in for a treat with the OkadaBooks Customer Service team!

Requirements
- Respond, update, close out customer queries on our CRM tool
- Escalate technical issues to engineering team
- Work with the Tech team to resolve escalated issues
- Respond to Playstore/Appstore comments/reviews
- Work with the refill team to process refunds and verify verifications
- Work with the marketing team to process promotions paid for
- Track data that as needed, either on Google Sheets or any other platform proposed
Optional Requirements (Nice to have, but not necessary)
- Data analysis skills using excel or any other relevant platform
- Familiarity with Hausa language
